  1. An estimate, not advice. Levy Folio turns published council rules into arithmetic. It is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
  2. Not official. No council, VisitScotland, the Improvement Service or the Welsh Revenue Authority runs or endorses this site. City of Edinburgh Council, for one, says it endorses no online calculator.
  3. Your return is yours. As the liable person, you are responsible for what you submit and pay. Check figures against your council’s guidance, and take advice if unsure.
  4. Rules change. We show the date we last checked each rule. Councils can change their schemes; new councils will join.
  5. Liability. To the extent the law allows, ALGD LTD is not liable for losses from relying on the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
  6. The return helper is sold at the price shown at checkout. If it does not work for your export, ask for a refund within 14 days. Cancel any time from the billing page; it stops renewing at the end of the year you paid for.
